Digital Intercom Systems - Premier Series

Our recommended system, can be used for small, medium or large and multi-block installations. We recommend using CAT-5 cable for an easy and cost effective installation. The “Digital Premier Range” uses 3 wires for power and data shared throughout the system regardless of how many entrance panels, handsets or monitors are fitted. Each entry panel, handset or monitor is set with its own address using internal DIP switches making reconfiguring of larger sites very easy if the internal layout is changed, without the need to fit new cabling, helping keep installation costs to a minimum. There is a large range on interface units available in the Digital Range that allow the system to integrate with alarm systems, CCTV systems, and residential telephone systems. If yours is a “DECT” wireless telephone then you can even achieve wireless intercom integration.

Guinaz offers one of the simplest and robust Digital Communications Protocol available in the market, that allows the ability to perform an installation of a Digital Video System using only one UTP CAT5 cable or better, or using 3 wires + 75 Ohm coaxial cable.

Our Audio Digital System uses only 3 wires that are shared in the whole installation.

It also has a capacity of up to more than 65.000 dwellings in the same installation of up to 255 blocks. Each block allowing 255 dwellings and up to 63 external entrances. In addition our system allows for 1 concierge per block and 15 external concierges.

More than 1.5 km of real distance between panels and dwellings with no intermediate elements (using coaxial cable).
